We collect this raw English honey in small, unblended batches, allowing the unique flavours of each season to be fully expressed. Each 227g jar captures the rich and complex character of Devon’s fields and hedgerows, offering a true taste of the local landscape. The honey is cold filtered, unpasteurized, which preserves its natural aroma, vibrant colour, and delicate flavour profile. Over time, natural crystallization may occur, a hallmark of its purity and quality. In addition to our honey jars, we produce honeycomb with the same meticulous care, providing a delightful and authentic experience.
