Our Hella Hot Honey 227g is made by infusing our raw Devon honey with fresh chillies for a number of days, its then cold filtered and jarred with a single dried chilli. it starts off sweet and builds to a spicy but not overpowering heat. We use bird’s eye chilies, with a heat rating of 50,000–100,000 Scoville units.
