Spring raw English honey, from the heart of Devon

Our Spring raw English honey comes directly from our own apiaries at Devon honey and candles on the edge of Dartmoor. Our English honey is then harvested by us in small batches, we do not blend our honey so as the seasons change so does our honey.

Devon honey and candles strives to produce the best honey possible. All our honey comes from our own apiaries in beautiful mid Devon just on the edge of Dartmoor. we harvest twice a year and our honey changes from a bright clear honey to a darker richer honey later in the year. our honey comes from local Hawthorne, dandelions, brambles, clover and many other wildflowers, it’s delicious.

Our raw honey in 227g jars is full of the flavours of Devon fields and hedgerows, and is cold filtered, unpasteurized and unblended so it retains its delicious flavours and beautiful colours. like all quality honey it may crystallize over time. We also sell our own delicious  honeycomb.
